This simple plan will help you shed those pounds & target those stubborn areas, but, you have to stick to it to get the results. Don’t worry about not being too co-ordinated, these classes will cater for everyone.
The Fit and Funky Fit Club will educate, motivate, inspire and advise you every step of the way. There is no starvation with this plan, just healthy eating, fat burning and toning. Each session will be varied each week, with one to one consultations provided. We will talk to you about how you are coping and give you advice individually. You will be weighed, measured privately and given one to one nutritional advice.
